A Piping Stress Engineer how to plan for new project (initially)
This is my pure thought/suggestion for a Stress Lead engineer for a starting a new project. As per my thinking a piping stress lead engineer (with help of layout lead engineer and whole team) should take lead for proper planning for piping at the starting. By this way we can avoid a lot of mesh, overshooting of man hour and deviation from standard at the later stage of project.
